Until quite recently, it was difficult to find a proper non-alcoholic red wine with the name Napa Valley on its label. However, things have changed with the Luminara Non-Alcoholic Napa Red Blend. When you have a wine like this in your bar, nothing stops you from experiencing the rich taste straight from Napa Valley.
The creators behind Luminara have teamed up with the winemakers from Napa Valley to create an amazing experience that will ensure that you go for a second glass…or even a third!!!
Using a delicate process for alcohol removal has allowed the wine to retain the perfect and vibrant aromas of the fruit and the flavors that define this classic Red blend. With the revolutionary technology known as the spinning cone column, the flavor is preserved while the alcohol is removed. After the wine-making is completed, the blend is aged in American and French oak, imparting a complex texture upon the first sip.
Tasting Notes:
Deep notes of black cherry and ripe red fruits along with a deep structure and balanced tannins give the wine that Napa feel. Then, as you swirl it around your mouth a little bit, you'll enjoy its delicate notes of smoke and spice. It has a surprisingly long and lingering finish with the right refreshing acidity. The blend is 70% Pinot Noir; 30% Zinfandel - a perfect combination of smoothness with the right amount of punch and brightness.
