Cuvee Blanc: This original wine is clean and fresh with notes of lime and citrus, with the bright tartness of green apple. Just the right acidity enhances its body, and is at once delicate and bold with a relatively dry and long dry finish. This refreshing and elegant wine can be served at any time, as it can be enjoyed on its own, or with your favorite light meals. 

Rosé: This refreshingly original wine offers a unique complexity with notes of citrus and ripe berries balanced with a mineral base giving it depth and structure and allowing for a surprisingly long finish. Share a glass with friends over a light lunch, or enjoy it on its own.

Pinot Noir: In this well-balanced red, you’ll find notes of ripened dark red fruits balanced with a note of the earthen richness of dried currants. It has a familiar and sought-after tannin structure, and a complex long finish, allowing it to pair equally well with a hearty steak or with grilled fish and vegetables.
